    Innovation Practice

    Incubation & Acceleration

A co-creation studio model that takes ventures from initial thesis through product, GTM, and institutional capital — operated through High Peak Studio.

An accelerator gives you a cohort and a demo day. A studio gives you co-founders, capital, and the operating muscle to ship.

    The model

    Co-creation, not cohort

High Peak Studio is built on a different operating model than a classic accelerator. There is no batch, no demo day, and no formula. Each venture is co-created with founders inside the studio's operating system — thesis, prototype, capital, and team are built together, in the same room, on a shared cadence.

The result is fewer ventures, more depth per venture, and a meaningfully higher probability that a venture that exits the studio is institutional-grade.

    The path

    From thesis to institutional round

A venture moves through four discrete stages. Each has a clear gate. Nothing graduates because of momentum or sentiment.

    • Stage 1 — ThesisThe market change, the user, and the falsifiable bet are written down and pressure-tested in the Innovation Lab.
    • Stage 2 — PrototypeWorking AI-first product in front of named users. Vibe-coded, instrumented, and measured against the thesis — not against a roadmap.
    • Stage 3 — Operating teamFounders are matched with the operating talent the venture actually needs — engineering, GTM, finance — drawn from the studio's network.
    • Stage 4 — Institutional roundThe venture raises into an institutional round with governance, security, and category architecture already in place. Diligence becomes confirmation, not discovery.

    The operating support

    What founders actually get

Beyond capital, founders inside the studio get the things that are usually missing in early-stage life: a co-creation partner with category-creation experience, an engineering practice (vibe coding) that compresses cycle time, a governance posture that scales into Series B and beyond, and access to a board-grade network across audit, risk, and capital.

The thing I optimize for, having sat on both sides of the table, is the founder's odds of building a durable company — not the studio's odds of producing a logo for the website.

Founders with a thesis worth co-creating, and operators ready to lead a venture from inside the studio — there is a direct path in.
