Idea Funnel: From Chaos to Clarity, My Operational Playbook

Sorting through a tsunami of ideas, particularly in high-growth companies, isn't about saying 'no' more often. It's about building a system to see which ones really matter. I built a playbook for that.

In the swirl of a thriving startup or scale-up, good ideas — and a lot of not-so-good ones — are constantly flying around. My operational playbook turns this chaos into a clear path forward.

A funnel diagram showing ideas flowing in and being sorted into Purge, Park, Pursue, and Partner categories.

Look, if you've been in the trenches of a growth-stage company for any amount of time, you know the drill. Ideas—they're everywhere. They come from your team, your customers, your investors, your dog, probably. It's a natural byproduct of smart, engaged people trying to build something big. And believe me, it's a hell of a lot better than crickets.
